Dylan is the Founder and Managing Director of Capacity Builders WA, driven by a vision to provide a creative, tailored, and ethically grounded approach to helping individuals achieve their goals. This vision is backed by over 12 years of experience in Disability Services, Occupational Therapy, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) consultancy across Western Australia.

Dylan employs family-centred and play-based strategies to support children and young adults in achieving meaningful and positive life outcomes. His approach is both enjoyable and functional, combining fun with purpose to ensure impactful results.

Rather than focusing on behaviours, challenges, or disabilities, Dylan’s methodology centres on empowering the people and support networks around the individual, enabling them to become agents of change. Through this process, the goal is to foster greater independence and improve overall quality of life outcomes.

Lynne is an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist with 33 years of expertise across a broad range of roles, supporting children and their families. Throughout her career, Lynne has developed a deep understanding of child development and function, with particular specialisation in autism, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and assessment.

Lynne is highly skilled in providing consultative support to both families and schools, and she is passionate about delivering practical support and training to parents. Her extensive experience and dedication to enhancing the lives of children and families make her a valuable asset to the team.

Sarah is a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for supporting children with disabilities to achieve their full potential. Known for her creativity, enthusiasm, and innovative approach, Sarah is committed to delivering effective and personalised therapy tailored to each child's unique needs.

With expertise in working with children across a range of disabilities, Sarah specialises in autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, and attention hyperactivity disorder. She has a particular interest in early intervention, addressing sensory processing challenges, emotional regulation, and providing support to parents and key stakeholders to ensure the successful achievement of each child's goals.

We are excited to have Sarah as part of our Occupational Therapy team at Capacity Builders WA, where her skills and passion will make a positive impact on the children and families we support.

  Kristy brings extensive experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Education Support to Capacity Builders WA. She joined the team seeking a more flexible, approachable, and creative environment to further enhance her practice. Kristy is deeply committed to delivering personalised, one-on-one support, ensuring the success of the individuals she works with through dedication and tailored strategies.

With a background as a Specialist Teacher, Kristy has worked extensively with children with disabilities and is highly skilled in recommending and implementing communication-based interventions. Her expertise and commitment make her a valuable asset to our team, and we are fortunate to have her on board.

As the Operations Manager at Capacity Builders WA, Sophie is responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently across the organisation. With a background in occupational therapy and psychology studies, she brings a unique perspective to process improvement and team leadership. Sophie plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, rolling out strategic initiatives, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the team. She is passionate about improving service delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns with Capacity Builders WA’s mission to be a sustainable, successful organisation that is a leading in promoting meaningful therapy services.

As the Business Administrator at Capacity Builders WA, Michele plays a key role in keeping the organisation's administrative functions running smoothly. With an eye for detail and solid organisational skills, she is responsible for managing finances, coordinating internal processes, and supporting the team to achieve their goals. Michele is committed to making sure everything flows efficiently, streamlining admin tasks, and ensuring the business runs in line with the organisation’s objectives.
